Garden Catering strives to make its surrounding community a better one. Whether donating to Silver Shield, The Boys & Girls Club, The Junior United Way, or countless public or private schools, Garden Catering always tries to give back to the community that has been so supportive over the years.
All requests must be submitted with a valid form and must include a contact name, email and phone number. All requests will be reviewed and you will be contacted via email regarding the status of the advertisement/donation.

Take over one of our stores and 10% of all sales will be donated to your group!
Fundraisers can be held Monday through Thursday and run from 2:30pm-close. We’ll provide in store signage for your event and help promote to our customers.
Sales from ALL Guests will count towards your final total! (even if they are not aware of your fundraiser) However, the more people who are aware of your event, the better!!
How often can our team/school/organization hold fundraising events? – Because of the overwhelming response to our ‘Give Back’ nights we are currently limiting groups to only one event. If you have a special request or would like to learn more about one of our other multi-day fundraising events please email [email protected]
Can we hold a fundraiser at multiple locations on one night? – Unfortunately, no. We do not allow groups to hold fundraisers at multiple locations.
When can we expect the check to arrive after our event? – For accounting reasons, we cut all of our fundraiser checks at the end of each month. You can expect to see your check, at the address provided, in the first week of the month following your event.
How will we know how much our event raised? – If you would like to know the total raised, feel free to email [email protected] We will have the totals approximately 3-4 days after the event.
Can we hold a Bake Sale in conjunction with our fundraiser? – Yes, you are welcome to hold a bake sale and we are happy to provide a table for you. You can hold the sale for any or all of the time the event is taking place but you are not able to come any earlier. Please keep in mind that other than the table, all other aspects of the bake sale are your responsibility.
Does someone from our group need to be present during the event? – No, we do not require anyone from your group to be present (the only exception is if you choose to hold a bake sale, in that case someone must be manning the table at all times). Once the date is reserved and the promotional flyer is created, your only job is to promote the event as much as possible.
