Garden Catering Allergen Information

Please inform the manager when ordering if you have a food allergy. We try to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies; however; there is always a risk of contamination. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. 

It’s always possible that product manufacturers could change the formulation at any time, without notice. We will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with, while eating at this establishment. 

Garden Catering’s gluten-free options are appropriate for guests with mild gluten sensitivity. They are not recommended for guests with celiac disease. While our gluten-free batter mix is 100% gluten-free, current store operations cannot guarantee that items do not contain trace amounts of gluten during the cooking process.  

Our fryers use soybean or canola oil.
