Q: WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS

A: Each location has different hours. See our location page for the hours for your local Garden Catering.


Q: DO YOU REALLY CLOSE AT 2AM ON FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS? 

A: Yes, but only in a few locations. Fairfield has late night hours Thursday-Saturday. Stamford has late night Friday and Saturdays. See the location page for more specific details.


Q: ARE YOU OPEN ON HOLIDAYS?  

A: All of our locations are closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, & New Year's Day. Some stores operate for limited hours on the 4th of July, and Memorial Day. Follow our instagram to stay up to date on the latest closings in real time.

Q: HOW MANY NUGGETS COME IN 1 POUND?  

A: We aim for 14-16 nuggets per pound. While we're here: The quarter pound (junior size) should be 4 nuggets, the half pound (special size) should be 6-8 nuggets, and the 3/4 pound (big boy) is 10-12 nuggets.  


Q: WHAT KIND OF OIL DO YOU USE?  

A: We use 100% canola oil.

We also use an olive oil blend for our salad dressings and sauces.


Q: CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY?  

A: Yes! You can order delivery from any of our locations when you order through our app or online.

Phone orders are pick-up only.


Q: HOW MANY CALORIES?  

A: Whose counting calories anyway? It's definitely a treat meal.  


Q: WHAT'S A "HOME-RUN" ?  

A: We're so glad you asked because it's delicious and everyone should try one! We take a special (or a junior, or a big boy, whatver you want) and we lay out the fries and nuggets and smother them in our spicy chili and melty cheese. We sprinkle our secret seasoning on top and BAM- you've got yourself a home-run special.

(Best with a side of dippin' sauce- ranch if you ask us...)

Diet & Allergy

Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY VEGAN OPTIONS?  

A: Yes! We have our hand-battered cauliflower nuggets, potato cones, & fries. We also have a selection of freshly made salads. 


Q: ARE YOU A NUT FREE FACILITY?  

A: No, we have walnuts and pine nuts in the building for two of our signature salads. We also sell individually wrapped cookies and dessert bars (that we do not make) that may contain peanuts or nuts.  


Q: DO THE CONES CONTAIN DAIRY?  

A: No, our potato cones are dairy free (vegan) and gluten free! 


Q: WHAT IS IN YOUR BATTER MIX?  

A: We'll we can't tell you everything- that's a trade secret.. but we can tell you that our original batter is dairy free, nut free and egg free.  


Q: DO YOU HAVE A DEDICATED FRYER FOR GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?  

A: No, due to lack of space- we use all of our fryers for all of our items.

We do offer gluten free batter for our chicken nuggets, but they are cooked in the same oil as our original recipe.

 

Catering

Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE A CATERING ORDER?  

A: Typically, we request a 24 hour notice for any large catering orders, but we've been known to make miracles happen. Please call our catering team at 203-696-2900 for assistance. 


Q: HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES A HALF TRAY FEED?  

A: A half try of nuggets is 5 pounds and feeds about 8-10 adults, while a full tray may feed about 20.

Are you feeding a pack of hungry teenagers? Will you have other food available? Little kids eat less. We'll ask you these questions and more so that we can ensure you order the right amount for your crowd. Call our catering team at 203-698-2900.

Q: HOW DO I GO ABOUT REQUESTING A DONATION? 

A: Easy! Please fill out request form on our website, and someone will get back to you promptly with more details. 

The Nug Club (Loyalty), App, and Gift Cards

NEW & IMPROVED APP & LOYALTY PROGRAM COMING SOON!

Here is what you need to know:

Our two newest stores, Darien and Shelton, are already operating on our new Touchpoint system. The rest of our locations will move onto this system by early March. Until then, the systems do not connect, which creates a few temporary limitations we want to be transparent about.


GIFT CARDS

Because the old system and the new system aren’t linked yet:

Gift cards purchased at our older locations cannot currently be used at Darien or Shelton.

Gift cards purchased at Darien or Shelton can only be redeemed at those two stores until the switchover

Once all stores are on Touchpoint, all gift cards will work system-wide again.


LOYALTY REWARDS

At the moment, we have two separate loyalty programs:

Legacy Loyalty: Works only at Port Chester, Ham Ave, Old Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk & Fairfield

Touchpoint Loyalty: Works only at Darien & Shelton and is automatically applied when you place an order in-store or online

These programs do not sync during the transition, and points cannot be transferred or redeemed to the new locations.


APP ORDERING

Darien & Shelton are not available in the current GC app. Orders placed at the new stores must be done online.

A new app is coming soon that will include all locations and a unified loyalty program.


These improvements will allow us to offer a faster, more reliable, and more consistent experience across every location and we can't wait for you to experience it.
